Welcome! By using this website, run by Stu Schwartz ("Stuntman Stu", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Using the site
You may browse, watch and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse the site — for example, by trying to break its security, sending spam through its forms, scraping content automatically, or submitting false information.
2. Our content
Videos, photos, stories, logos and other content on this site belong to Stuntman Stu or the brands and partners who allowed their use. You may share links, but don't copy, edit, republish or use the content commercially without written permission. Client and partner names and logos remain the property of their owners and don't imply an endorsement beyond the collaboration described.
3. Social media and embedded content
Some content is shown from Instagram, Facebook or other platforms. That content is subject to those platforms' own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or practices.
4. Partnership inquiries
Sending an inquiry through the Contact page doesn't create a contract or guarantee a collaboration. Any partnership, pricing or deliverables are only agreed in a separate written agreement.
5. Newsletter
If you sign up, you agree to receive occasional emails from Stuntman Stu. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.
6. Contests
Each contest has its own official rules shown on its entry form, which apply together with these terms. If there's a conflict, the contest rules win. Unless a contest says otherwise: no purchase is necessary, one entry is allowed per person and email address, winners are selected at random from eligible entries, and a skill-testing question may be required before a prize is awarded. Automated, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Contests are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
7. What you send us
You're responsible for what you submit through our forms. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive or that belongs to someone else. By sending a message or contest entry, you confirm the information is accurate.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Opinions in stories and videos are Stu's own. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stuntman Stu isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
